After the fun we had on our mountain bikes on our recent trip to France but Mags 30 year old Raleigh was heavy and past it's best and I managed to find a lovely ladies Cannodale trail 5 to match mine on ebay :) It arrived in a box during the week and a big thank you to Clive Tricker for coming over to put it together :) With me working nights last week and Mag working half term this was our first chance to get out on the bikes. Mag was a bit nervous as the cross bar is higher than her old bike but she soon got used to it and was flying !!! We had a nice hour+ despite the cloudy/rainy day starting off along the prom before heading along Ferry Road to the track to Trimley, then down Station Road past the docks, along the prom to Wilco's to get some slime for Mags bike and home - loving the new bikes and will go farther afield next time !!!
